Notes from conference call 5-12-08

The call took place on time @ 5pm EDT (GMT-4)
Present were Claudio Luis Vera, Cristopher Calicot, Lee, Doug Vann, Kieran Lal, Patrick Teglia, and Joshua Brauer
My notes will only include development aspects as that it what I'm tending to at this juncture.

Doug Vann agreed to install the newer version of OG along with Bot, Panels, Devel, and SimpleMenu.
Joshua and Pat agreed to assist me in those tasks.
Christopher agreed to set up a dev site to minimize chances of throwing our live site out of kilter.
The decision was made to use #drupal-design as the freenode.net IRC channel. Christopher will look into the ssh access needed to finish the BOT installation on our site. Once the ssh is configured Doug will finish the BOT setup to keep the #drupal-design room open and maintained.
Doug agreed to set up a system to remind users 2hrs before a conference call starts.

The next conference call is scheduled for Tuesday (the day after Memorial Day) at 5pmEDT (GMT-4)
