Here are the topics that we'd like to cover in today's call

1. a recap of the site's mission, scope and its architecture: namely, what should be included in the site and where we can get this content from
2. a quick review of the site's theme as it stands right now
3. upcoming tasks and requirements:
   • determine list of modules needed for D4D site
   • implement forums, events and organic groups so that D4D can have its own project management
   • add training content to D4D
   • contact ChrisB and migrate showcase content to D4D
   • set up a permanent conference bridge that can be used for this initiative
   • make sure we have correct contact info for everyone
   • assign roles and responsibilities to different folks
